The ECPNGHS Lower Fly Health Agency is dedicated to delivering comprehensive healthcare services to the people of Middle Fly, South Fly, and Delta Fly districts of Western Province, Papua New Guinea. As the primary healthcare provider in the region, we operate a network of health centers, aid posts, and mobile clinics to reach even the most remote communities.

Our History
1985
Establishment of the first provincial health services in Western Province, focusing primarily on Daru Island and Kiunga.
1995
Expansion of health services to the Middle Fly District, with the construction of the Balimo Rural Hospital and several aid posts.
2003
Formation of the Evangelical Church of Papua New Guinea Health Services (ECPNGHS) to provide broader coverage in partnership with government initiatives.
2010
Launch of the mobile health clinic program to reach remote villages along the Fly River and its tributaries.
2015
Establishment of the Lower Fly Health Agency to specifically address the healthcare needs of Middle Fly, South Fly, and the newly formed Delta Fly districts.
2020
Integration of digital health records and payroll management systems to improve administrative efficiency and healthcare delivery.
Present
Continuing expansion of services with increased focus on preventive healthcare, maternal and child health, and addressing the challenges of remote healthcare delivery.
